* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Linda Neal
Linda Charlotte Neal passed peacefully October 27 at 11:30 pm at The Gardens of Celina.
Linda was born Sept 26, 1949 in Dayton, Ohio to Gerald and Lillian Neal.
She is survived by two sons Donald (Tina) DeArmond from Celina and Jim (Michelle) DeArmond Ft. Wayne, Indiana along with her 7 grandchildren Erin, Kylie, Austin, Mari, Lydia, Lillian, and Spencer DeArmond, and two great grandchildren.
Her parents and brother William (Bucky) Neal preceded her in death with heavenly hugs.
She donated her body to Wright State University. Due to COVID-19 the family has decided against any Memorial services.
