St. Marys Rotary Club member Wes Portman gives Eli Ballweg a student's dictionary on Thursday afternoon as he and fellow member James Harris give dictionaries to third-graders at St. Marys West Intermediate School. The club has participated in the dictionary project, which has provided personal dictionaries to third-graders, for the last 20 years.
