* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dorothy Winkeljohn
Dorothy R. Winkeljohn, formerly of Celina, Ohio, entered into God's eternal rest on Sunday, August 23, 2020 at 7:20 am at the age of 87 in Friendship Village in Trotwood, Ohio.
She was born May 29, 1933 in Celina to the late Harry J. and Edna (Hartings) Winkeljohn.
Survivor include a sister, Rita Poindexter, Cottonwood, Arizona and many nieces and nephews.
Also preceded in death by 4 sisters and 2 brothers.
Dorothy received her Ph.D. degree from the University of Kansas, she taught and retired from Wright State University in Dayton after 20 plus years of service. When she retired she moved to Arizona for many years.
She was a member of Immaculate Conception Parish in Celina. She also attended Immaculate Conception Church in Cottonwood for several years.
Due to restrictions of the COVID-19 virus, we will be following the guidelines set by the Ohio Governor Mike DeWine's office.
Mass of Christian burial and the celebration of Dorothy's life will begin at 10:30 am on Monday, August 31, 2020, in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Fr. Tim McFarland C.PP.S., officiating. Burial will follow at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
