Rachel Stienecker
Rachel L. Stienecker, 80, of St. Marys, OH died 2:45 p.m. Saturday August 22, 2020 at Otterbein-St. Marys.
She was born June 19, 1940 in St. Marys, OH to John and Rose (Wenker) Ball. She was married to Vernon Lee Stienecker.
Survivors include: son Michael Stienecker of AZ; daughter Cindy Miller of St. Marys, OH; son Matt Stienecker of Montezuma, OH; 9 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren; sister-in-law Grace Ball of St. Marys, OH; sister-in-law Thelma Jean Ball of St. Marys, OH.
Preceded in death by: parents John and Rose Ball; husband Vernon Stienecker; son Mark Stienecker; brother Jack Ball; brother Don Ramon Ball; sister Ramona Moore; sister Patricia Lehman; sister Harriet Young.
She was a retired production employee from the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.in St. Marys. Her favorite pastimes included shopping and traveling. She was fond of animals, especially Maltese dogs, which she bred and raised for a number of years.
Rites are scheduled to begin 1:00 p.m. Saturday August 29, 2020 at the Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home 314 W. High Street in St. Marys. Burial will follow at the Resthaven Memory Gardens near Moulton, OH.
Visitation 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
