* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Walter Colvin
Walter David Colvin, 73, of St. Marys, OH died Friday July 24, 2020 at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born July 26, 1946 in Celina, OH to Walter and Harriett (Judy) Colvin.
He is survived by: son Michael Colvin of Chillicothe, OH; son Matthew (Melinda) Colvin of St. Marys, OH; 2 grandchildren: Cory and Allison; 1 great-grandchild Dawson; sister Becky (Terry) Huston of New Knoxville, OH; sister Debbie Knox of St. Marys, OH; sister Ann Colvin of Celina, OH; sister Beth Skelding of St. Marys, OH.
Preceded in death by his parents Walter and Harriett Colvin.
He was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School (Class of 1965). He had worked as a production employee for the Ford Motor Co. Engine Plant in Lima, OH.
He was mechanically inclined and enjoyed working on automobiles for family and friends. He also enjoyed riding motorcycles and playing bingo. An avid reader, he spent countless hours reading many of the 850 "Star Trek" books.
Private family services will be held. Burial will take place in the Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
