* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Virginia Dugan
Virginia (Huelsman) Dugan, age 93 of Coldwater, died Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at Briarwood Village in Coldwater.
She was born February 26, 1927 in Portsmouth, Ohio. She is survived by a daughter, Marcia & Charles Homan of Coldwater, grandsons, Craig & Tricia Homan and Brandon Homan and great-grandchildren, Jasmine, Conner and Lilly.
She is preceded in death by her husbands, Delbert Huelsman in 1971 and Frank Dugan in 1986, her parents, a brother James & Emma Taulbee and a sister Mary Taulbee.
Virginia was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, the Coldwater Eagles Auxiliary and she volunteered at Community Hospital gift shop and at blood drives. Virginia enjoyed golfing, bowling, reading and traveling. She worked at the former Mersmans and Huffys in Celina.
Private family funeral services will be held Monday, July 27, 2020. Burial will follow in St. Marys Cemetery, Celina.
A public viewing with social distancing will be 2 to 4 pm Sunday, July 26th at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Coldwater Public Library.
