* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Sheriff's office investigating possible suicide

CELINA - The Mercer County Sheriff's Office is investigating the death of a Cincinnati man who allegedly died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound on Friday afternoon.

Raepheal Dell, 22, Cincinnati, had ben released from the Kosciusko County, Indiana Jail earlier on Friday, according to a news release from the Sheriff's Office on Saturday. [More]

27 new COVID cases reported

CELINA - Nearly 30 new cases of COVID-19 were reported over the weekend, raising Mercer County's total to 361.

No new information was reported by the Auglaize County Health Department during the weekend.

Festival goes on despite pandemic

CELINA - This year's Immaculate Conception Festival on Saturday was as popular as ever, despite being a scaled-down, virtual event.

Festival chairman Jeff Schott said although the festival was limited due to COVID-19, the day went surprisingly well.
