* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Donna Spencer
Donna Kay Spencer, age 78, of Celina, Ohio passed away at 3:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 9, 2020 at the Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
She was born on December 18, 1941, in Celina, Ohio to the late Frank and Ruby (Smelser) Kohn.
She is survived by her son Daniel Kohn of Marysville, daughters and sons-in-law Kelly (Bill) Westgerdes of Celina and Julie (Daniel) Baldwin of Celina, seven grandchildren & three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Carl Kohn & infant granddaughter Sara Grace Johnsman.
Donna graduated from Coldwater High School with the Class of 1959. She was a registered nurse, formerly employed by Huffy's Corp., St Rita's, Lima Memorial, Yuma, AZ Medical Center, Frankfort, KY Medical Center, St. Vincent-Toledo, St. Marys Living Center and then retired from Celina Manor Nursing Home in 2009.
She was a member of the Grand Lake United Methodist Church in Celina. Donna enjoyed volunteering at the Mercer County Senior Citizen's Center (MCCoA).
Donna donated her body to the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine Anatomical Gift Program. Memorial services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2020 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Diane Mendelson and Rev. Dean Bachelor officiating. She will be buried in the North Grove Cemetery in Celina at a later date.
A Memorial Gathering will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday, at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Grand Lake United Methodist Church 119 E. Fulton St. or the Mercer County Council on Aging, 217 Riley St. Celina, Ohio 45822.
