* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

Carl Strobel Jr.
Carl P. Strobel, Jr., age 88, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Friday, May 15, 2020 at 8:10 am at Celina Manor.
He was born August 24, 1931 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Carl P. and Lillian (Dennison) Strobel, Sr. He married Eileen E. (Caron) Strobel on September 25, 1954 and she survives at the residence in Celina.
Other survivors include his daughter, Sue Anna (James) Markins, Celina; two brothers, George Strobel, Moore Haven, Florida and Robert Strobel, New Carlisle, Ohio; two grandchildren, Jaden and Hunter; two great grandchildren, Blakley and Remington; and many nieces and nephews.
He is also preceded in death by a sister, Mary Ann Schaff.
Carl proudly served his country in the United States Marines, where he retired after 22½ year of service. After retirement he went on to work for many years as a car salesman. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Celina, Celina Moose, and he was a life member of Celina VFW Post #5713 and Celina American Legion Post #210
Carl and his wife, Eileen, spent 14 wonderful years in Florida. They were married 65 years and enjoyed camping, singing karaoke, boating, golf carting and hanging out with friends at the local clubs. Carl also loved watching the Reds, Bengals, Dayton Flyers Basketball, and OSU Buckeyes.
Due to restrictions of the COVID-19 virus we will be following the guidelines set by the Ohio Governor Mike DeWine's office.
Graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, May 21, 2020 at North Grove Cemetery in Celina, Ohio, with Rev. Matt Overman officiating; where Military Rites will be provided by members of Celina American Legion Post #210 and VFW Post #5713.
Memorial Contributions can be made to State of the Heart Hospice, Coldwater, Ohio.
