* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Eugene Duane Bollenbacher
Eugene Duane Bollenbacher, age 66, of Celina, Ohio, passed away at his residence, on Friday, May 8, 2020 at 2:30 pm. He was born on December 6, 1953 in Geneva, Indiana to the late Paul and Anna (Smitley) Bollenbacher. On July 21, 1973 he married June (Cully) Bollenbacher, and she survives at the residence.
  Other survivors include his children, Scott (Cara) Bollenbacher, Celina, Jamie (Jodi) Bollenbacher, Findlay, Ohio and Trisha (Stephen) Bentz, Rockford, Ohio; seven grandchildren, Grant, Cali, Jackson and Julia Bollenbacher and Colby, Morgan and Trey Bentz; a brother, Roger (Victoria) Bollenbacher, Celina; a sister, Patty (Brian) Neff, Celina; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Michael and Susan Etzcorn, Celina; and his mother-in-law, Pauline Cully, Celina.
  Also preceded in death by his father-in-law, Carrol Cully.
  Gene was a 1972 graduate of Parkway High School in Rockford. In 2016 Gene retired from All American Homes in Decatur, Indiana after 44 years of employment with the company. He and June also operated B-barker's Kennel for many years.
  He was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church in Celina, where he was active in the church choir, the handbell choir, men's quartet and the Sonshine Boys. He loved singing and could be heard all above the rest on Sunday mornings. Playing trumpet with his son, Scott and grandson, Grant is a special memory.
  Due to restrictions of the Covid-19 virus we will be following the guidelines set by the Ohio Governor Mike DeWine's office.
  Private graveside service will be held on Monday, May 11, 2020 at Kessler Cemetery in Celina, Ohio, with Rev. Jon Exman officiating.
  Memorial contributions can be made to Bethany United Methodist Church and/or Cancer Association of Mercer County.
