* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Virginia Moorman
Virginia L. Moorman age 81 of Minster, Ohio passed away at 7:00 AM on Saturday, March 28, 2020 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater, Ohio.
She was born May 10, 1938 in Hollandsburg, Ohio to the late Frank and Wilma (Jennings) Bagwell, she was also preceded by her stepmother Thelma Bagwell. On August 1, 1959 she married David Moorman and he survives in Coldwater.
She is also survived by children: Frank & Kendra Moorman, Minster, Michelle & Clark Heckman, St. Marys, Stephanie & David Bornhorst, Dublin, Liz & Craig Mescher, Maria Stein, 12 grandchildren, Phillip, Connor, Jamie, Casey, Eli, Luke, Ben, Autumn, Katie, Ally, John & Austin, 5 great grandchildren Alayna, Grant, Ellie, Grace & Nora, stepsisters: Ethel Bagwell, Olive Critzer both of Weyers Cave, VA, Mary Bagwell, North Carolina.
She was preceded in death by stepbrother John Bagwell and stepsister Brenda Baker.
Ginny was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster. She retired as a cafeteria worker for Minster Schools and was a former employee at Wagner's IGA & Jenni's Hallmark Store. She would also volunteer at the election polls.
Ginny enjoyed sewing, her card club and an avid reader of mysteries but most of all she adored her grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 virus a private family service will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2020. A memorial Mass will take place at a later date.
