* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Frank Hutson
Frank Hutson, 82, of New Bremen, Ohio, and formerly of Salem, West Virginia, died 12:46 P.M. Tuesday, March 24, 2020, at his residence.
He was born July 10, 1937, in Lumberport, West Virginia, the son of Theodore and Hattie (Lindsey) Hutson. He married Judith Pohlman on March 3, 1996; she survives in New Bremen.
He is survived by his children: Robert (Linda) Hutson of Salem, West Virginia; Mark (Debbie) Hutson of Salem, West Virginia; Jeff (Sharon) Hutson of Salem, West Virginia; Helen (Kevin) Thompson of Salem, West Virginia. He is survived by his step-children: Paula (Wesley) Strong of Del Tura, Florida; Brian (Jody Steeger) Monnin of Minster; Nick (Sherrie Smith) Monnin of Troy, Ohio; by a brother, Rusty (Shirley) Hutson of Lumberport, West Virginia.
He was preceded in death by his parents; by his first wife, Levada Girod Hutson.
Frank was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He retired from Consol Coal Company, where he worked as a fabricator. He loved woodworking and was very skilled at it; he also enjoyed camping and fishing. He was Baptist, by faith.
In accordance with the orders of Ohio Governor Mike Dewine and the Ohio Department of Health during the coronavirus crisis, private, family only funeral rites will be held Friday, March 27, 2020, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, Pastor Bob Sweeney, officiant. The funeral rites will be live-streamed 2:00 P.M. Friday, March 27, 2020 via Millerfuneralhomes.net. Private burial rites will be held at Elm Grove Cemetery.
