Changes due to virus threat

From staff reports

Due to the continually evolving COVID-19 pandemic and recent state orders, Mercer County District Library in Celina and its branches in St. Henry, Chickasaw and Mendon are closed until further notice. Curbside service at the Celina branch will no longer be offered.

The Celina branch will continue to provide innovative virtual programming and services during closures. For more information, follow the libraries on Facebook or visit the website.

St. Marys library

The St. Marys Community Public Library closed on Monday due to Ohio Director of Health Amy Acton's stay-at-home order. Staff hope to reopen by April 6 but will follow government-recommended protocol for everyone's safety.

Those with questions can contact staff at stmaryshelp@seolibraries.org or through Facebook Messenger. Information also is available at stmarys.lib.oh.us.

CALL Ministries

CALL Food Pantry will provide drive-thru food distribution to its clients. All other services are suspended until further notice, and item donations will not be accepted during this time.

To limit virus exposure to customers and to volunteers, the organization will operate for limited hours beginning March 30. The new schedule will be from noon-2 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and from 5:30-7 p.m. Tuesdays.

City of St. Marys

St. Marys residents will have an alternate recycling dropoff location during the city's temporary suspension of curbside recycling services

After further discussions with Auglaize County Solid Waste District Coordinator Scott Cisco, city refuse customers are strongly encouraged to take their recycling to the Auglaize County Recycling Center at 15502 St. Marys River Road. Temporary drop-off bins have been set up in the parking lot to accommodate these efforts.

Rescheduled shows will honor all tickets previously purchased and are subject to the entertainment industry standard, non-refund policy.
