* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Anna Linn
Anna Lee Linn, age 92, formerly of Chattanooga, Ohio, passed away at 2:50 pm on March 20, 2020 at Grand Lake Health System in St. Marys. She was born on May 30, 1927 to the late Raymond and Hila (Kull) Snider. On November 20, 1948 she married Melvin Linn and he preceded her in death on March 20, 2014.
Anna is survived by a brother-in-law, Robert Bollenbacher, Rockford; a sister-in-law, Rita Snider, Celina; and several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Arthur, Marvin and Lewis Snider; a sister, Mildred Bollenbacher; and two sisters-in-law, Lela Snider and Billie Snider.
Anna was a 1946 graduate of Celina Senior High School in Celina. She was an active a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Rockford. Anna was on the women's fellowship church committee and also worked alongside her husband Melvin as caretakers of the church grounds.
Throughout her life, she was always a very active person. Anna enjoyed traveling, playing cards and most recently playing bingo at the Miller Place in Celina. Anna lived at the Miller Place for the past 11 years; she made numerous relationships and cherished her friendships that were made while living there. Anna was very proud that for over 50 years she and Melvin celebrated New Years with the same groups of friends. Anna, Melvin and their group of friends had so many lasting memories from their time together, which included laughter and stories that were precious to the entire group of friends.
Due to the restrictions of the Covid-19, we will be following the guidelines set by Governor DeWine's office. Private graveside services for the family will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at the St. Paul's United Church of Christ Cemetery in Rockford with Rev. Katherine Beckett officiating.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Paul's United Church of Christ, 1538 Oregon Rd, Rockford, Ohio 45882 and/or Grand Lake Hospice, 1122 E Spring St, St. Marys, Ohio 45885.
