* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary E. Luginbill
Mary E. Luginbill, 75, of rural Rockford, Ohio, passed away Friday morning, March 13, 2020, at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima, Ohio, where she had been a patient.
She was born in Blackcreek Township, Mercer County, Ohio, on March 3, 1945, the daughter of Roy and Goldie Mae (Bollenbacher) Luginbill, both who have preceded in death.
Mary graduated from Parkway High School Class of 1963, and worked at Tu-Way Products in Rockford until her retirement. She lived in the area all her life and was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, Rockford. She loved baseball - especially the Cincinnati Reds, and she also enjoyed watching The Ohio State Buckeyes football games on television.
Surviving Mary are one brother, Dean (Helen) Luginbill of Rockford, one sister, Norma Jean (Charles) Fuson of Celina, Ohio, and 14 nieces and nephews. Deceased in addition to her parents are two brothers, Vernon and Kenneth Luginbill, one sister, Leona Amburgey, and two nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 18, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. at St. Paul United Church of Christ, Oregon Road, Rockford. Officiating will be the Rev. Katherine Beckett. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Friends may call prior to the service at the church, from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
Memorials may be directed to the church or to the Rockford E.M.S. Condolences may be expressed at ketchamripley.com. Mary's services have been entrusted to Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, Ohio.
