* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jane Young

Jane E Young, 83, of Dade City, Florida, passed away on Feb. 22, 2020.

Jane was born on Jan. 11, 1937, in Celina, Ohio, to the late Paul and Velma (Beldon) Weitz. On June 19, 1954, she married Marvin Young and he proceeded her in death on Aug. 20, 1999.

Jane's family moved to Dade City, Florida in 1972. She was a very active member of the First Presbyterian Church in Dade City and in her community. Her smile was something people always remembered. She loved spending time with her family, friends and neighbors. She did not know a stranger! She spread God's love to all, with a kind word or a smile.

Surviving are four sons, Joe Young, Sam Young, Dennis Young, David Shackle; four daughters, Jeannie (Mike) Dixon, Linda (Danny) Scott, Janet (David) Ford, Marie Jackson; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren. Also surviving are two sisters, Judy (Dave) Horne, Celina, Ohio, Suzy (Bob) Smalley, Rockford, Ohio, and brother Donald Weitz, Macon, Georgia.

Jane was also preceded in death by a sister, Mary Bollenbacher, son-in-law, Tommy Jackson, grandson, Nicholas Young and great-grandson, Malachi Dixon.

Funeral services were held on Feb. 27, 2020, at the First Presbyterian Church in Dade City, Florida. Burial was at the Chapel Hills Garden Cemetery, Dade City, Florida.
