* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Clara Brinkman
Clara E. (Bollenbacher) Brinkman, age 103, of Celina, Ohio, passed away at 4:37 pm on February 29, 2020 at The Miller House in Celina.
She was born December 11, 1916 to the late Amos Benjamin and Rosa Viola (Trisel) Bollenbacher. On December 4, 1939 she married Lowell E. "Ted" Brinkman and he preceded her in death in October of 2003.
Survivors include three children, Eldon (April) Brinkman, North Carolina, Judith Ann Miller, Washington State, and Virginia (Eddie) Martin, Springport, Indiana; six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
Also preceded in death by two brothers, Harry and Roland Bollenbacher; two sisters, Bernice Fahncke and Martha Deitsch; son-in-law, Greg Miller; daughter-in-law, Judy Brinkman and a grandchild.
Clara retired from J.C. Penny in Celina after many years of service. She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Rockford, Ohio. Clara enjoyed gardening, canning, sewing clothes, fishing and traveling with her late husband.
Funeral services will begin at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina with Rev. Katherine Beckett officiating; where the family will receive friends from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the St. Paul's United Church of Christ Cemetery in Rockford.
