* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 911 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in Wapakoneta, southwest of Kenton, and throughout Logan County. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wapakoneta, Kenton, Russells Point, Lakeview, Waynesfield, Belle Center, West Mansfield, Chippewa Park, Northwood, Roundhead, Mount Victory, Rushsylvania, Mcguffey, Huntsville, Ridgeway, Uniopolis, State Route 195 at State Route 235, Jumbo, Walton and New Hampshire.

Bernard Lehman
Bernard "Bud" Lehman, 90, of Saint Marys, died 1:03 A.M. Monday, February 17, 2020, his 90th birthday, at Otterbein Saint Marys Retirement Community.
He was born February 17, 1930, in Saint Marys, the son of Francis and Susie (Eshelman) Lehman. He married Beatrice E. Spees on September 3, 1950, at the United Church of Christ in Buckland, Ohio; she survives at the residence.
He is also survived by his daughter: Lynda (James) Cooper of Saint Marys; by four grandchildren: Peter Gibson; Angela (Ritch) Phillips; Julia (Andrew) Hanson; Carla (Nathan) Carey. He is survived by his great-grandchildren: Elizabeth Gibson; Hannah Phillips; Leannah Phillips; Caitlin Hanson; Megan Hanson; Zoey Hanson; Emberlynn Carey; Deagland Carey; and Ira Carey. He is survived by a great-great-granddaughter, Olive Rose Sturdevant.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter: Cathy Gibson; a sister: Carol Whitehead; a grandson, Wesley.
Bud was a 1949 graduate of Saint Marys Memorial High School. He served in the Ohio National Guard, and retired after 42 years of service as a press operator at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in Saint Marys. He later worked at the Aug-Mer YMCA for ten years.
He was a member of Saint Paul's United Church of Christ in Saint Marys, and enjoyed volunteering there. His hobbies included woodworking and crossword puzzles.
Graveside funeral rites will be held 10:30 A.M. Friday, February 21, 2020, at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Thursday at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, where memorial gifts may be given to either the Childrens' Ministry at Saint Paul's United Church of Christ in Saint Marys, or the American Heart Fund.
