* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 911 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in Wapakoneta, southwest of Kenton, and throughout Logan County. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wapakoneta, Kenton, Russells Point, Lakeview, Waynesfield, Belle Center, West Mansfield, Chippewa Park, Northwood, Roundhead, Mount Victory, Rushsylvania, Mcguffey, Huntsville, Ridgeway, Uniopolis, State Route 195 at State Route 235, Jumbo, Walton and New Hampshire.

Betty Myers
Betty Jean Myers, age 86 of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2020, at her residence.
She was born on July 22, 1933 in Dunkirk, Indiana, to the late Earl and Edna (Mock) Hughes. On August 31, 1951, she married Herbert Myers, who died October 12, 2017.
Surviving are her children Terri (Jack) John of Celina, Randy (Becky) Myers of Coldwater, a step-daughter Linda Flatter of Dunkirk, IN, and a step-son Jim Myers of Coldwater; five grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and a sister and brother-in-law Phyllis (James) Baker of Hartford City, IN.
Betty was preceded in death by a son-in-law Paul Flatter.
Betty graduated from Dunkirk High School, in Indiana, with the Class of 1951. She was formerly employed at Buckeye Apparel, and Jutte's IGA in Coldwater. She retired from Huffy's Bicycle plant in Celina in 1995.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, February 17, 2020 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Diane Mendelson Officiating.
Friends may call from 2-4 p.m. on Monday at the Funeral Home.
