* WHEN...Until 315 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 911 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in Wapakoneta, southwest of Kenton, and throughout Logan County. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wapakoneta, Kenton, Russells Point, Lakeview, Waynesfield, Belle Center, West Mansfield, Chippewa Park, Northwood, Roundhead, Mount Victory, Rushsylvania, Mcguffey, Huntsville, Ridgeway, Uniopolis, State Route 195 at State Route 235, Jumbo, Walton and New Hampshire.

Orville Eischen
Orville C. Eischen, age 79, of Celina, Ohio, died February 11, 2020 at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, IN.
He was born September 20, 1940, in Jay County, IN, to the late Sylvester and Mildred (Schmit) Eischen. On April 30, 1960, he married Carol (Bader) Eischen, who survives.
Also surviving are his children, Deb Burd of Union City, IN, Patsy (Paul) Gray of Celina, Tom (Mary) Eischen of Celina; grandchildren, Nicole, Nick, Grant, Alisa, Trevor, and Tannor; five great grandchildren; siblings, Janet Privett of Montezuma, Susan (Gary) Jones of Geneva, and Phyllis (Al) White of Lima; and a sister-in-law, Barb Eischen of Coldwater.
Also preceding him in death are daughter, Lisa Bigelow; and siblings, David and Jim Eischen.
He was a 1959 graduate of the former Rockford High School and was employed at CTS, Berne, IN. Orville enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his four-wheeler, hauling Amish, and spending time with his grandchildren.
A private family service will be held at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery. Burial will take place at St. Marys of the Presentation Cemetery, Geneva, IN.
