* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dolores Gels
Dolores C. (Huwer) Luttmer, Gels, age 91, of St. Henry, passed away Sunday, February 2, 2020 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born June 1, 1928 in Cranberry Prairie to the late Aloys & Olive (Hemmelgarn) Huwer. She was married to Ulrich Luttmer until his passing. Dolores then married Norbert (Doc) Gels on December 1, 1956 and he died July 16, 2012.
Dolores is survived by children: Eric & Shirley Luttmer of Wilmington, N.C., Jane & Joe Boeckman of Columbus, and Mary & Bruce James of Celina. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, Justin & Brooke Luttmer, Gretchen Luttmer, Karissa & Chris Bowman, Erin & Billy Theado, Elizabeth Boeckman, Gabe & Nikki James, and Leana James, and five great grandchildren, Adelia Luttmer, Hayden and Liam Bowman, Rayna and Carly James, and siblings, Irene Makely, Willard & Rita Huwer, Joan Shivers, and Harold & Thelma Huwer.
Dolores is preceded in death by her parents, husbands, and a sister Alma Sweeterman.
She was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church, St. Henry. Dolores was a homemaker and an amazing cook. Faith and Family were both very important to her, and she enjoyed reading and walking around town.
The family would like to thank the amazing staff at Briarwood Village for the care of our mother, they are truly angels.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, February 6, 2020 at St. Henry Catholic Church, St. Henry. Burial will follow in St. Henry Cemetery.
A private family calling will be held at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry, and a public celebration of life will be at Romer's Catering in St. Henry following the funeral Mass.
Memorial contributions may be made to Briarwood Village Activity Fund.
