* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Roland Hinton
Roland Lee Hinton, age 92, of Celina, Ohio passed away at his residence on February 1, 2020 at 7:15 am. He was born on July 2, 1927 in Van Wert, Ohio to the late Joseph and Goldie (Shellenbarger) Hinton. He married Orpha Joy (Brookhart) Hinton on October 9, 1954 and she survives at the residence in Celina.
  Other survivors include two sons, Kent (Dawn) Hinton and Kris (Cindy) Hinton, both of Celina; twelve grandchildren, Jeremy (Jessica) Hinton, Celina, Jason (April) Hinton, Indianapolis, Indiana, Joshua Hinton, Delaware, Ohio, Jared (Casey) Hinton, Celina, Rachel (Steve) Kremer, Montezuma, Jordan (Emily) Hinton, Celina, Jantzen (Julia) Hinton, Celina, Joseph (Cate) Hinton, Celina, Elaine Hinton, Celina, Mary (Ryan) Guggenbiller, Coldwater, Tyler (Stephie) Hinton, Celina and Kyle Hinton, Bryan, Indiana; 26 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
  He is also preceded in death by a sister, Jean (Carl) Heniser; a granddaughter; and a great grandson.
  Roland was a 1945 graduate of Celina Senior High School and attended Wright State Lake Campus in Celina. He served his country in the United States Army during the WWII era. He retired from Celina Group after 43 years of service.
  He was an active member of Bethany United Methodist Church in Celina, where he served as the Choir Director for many years. He was also a member of Celina Lyons Club, Gland Lake Soundwaves Barbershop Club and he also volunteered at the American Cancer Society.
  Roland enjoyed woodworking, gardening and was a devoted husband and father, a fun-loving grandfather, and had many great friends. He will be deeply missed by all.
  Roland's family would like to thank the nurses and staff at the State of the Heart Hospice.
  Visitation will take place at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina on Tuesday, February 4, 2020, from 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
  Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am Wednesday, February 5, 2020 in Bethany United Methodist Church, 416 E. Wayne St, Celina, Ohio with Rev. Jon Exman officiating, where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the services.
Burial will follow at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
