* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Deborah Brand

Deborah (Deb) A. Brand, age 61, of Osgood, passed away Monday, January 6, 2020 at her home.

She was born September 20, 1958 in Coldwater to Nicholas & Rosemary (Koenig) Pleiman. On September 15, 1979 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in New Bremen she married Damian P. Brand, and he survives in Osgood.

Deb is also survived by children: Jennifer & Derrick Jackson of Zionsville, IN, Jamie & Corey Gladwell of Waterville, Erin & Liz Brand of Columbus, and Greg & Becca Brand of Clayton; nine grandchildren, Maya, Jillian & Gwendolyn Jackson, Alexis, Jaxon, Jada & Jersie Gladwell, Kenzlie & Ava Brand; siblings, Cindy & Jeff Buschor of Celina, Rick & Shirley Pleiman, Connie & Jim Siefring, and Mike & Julie Pleiman all of Coldwater, Sandi & Eric Showalter of Westerville, Greg & Darla Pleiman of Pendelton, IN, and in-laws Merle & Joan Gaaskjolen of Charlotte, NC, Jane Brand of Dayton, the late Jim & Carolyn Bruns, George & Marcia Brand of Kettering, Kurt and the late Barb Jacobsen of Waynesville, Ivan & Linda Brand of Versailles, Rita & Mark Hoffman of Centerville, John & Diana Kahlig of Coldwater, Ed & Judy Brand of Yorkshire, Ken & Tina Brand of Versailles, and Fred & Kristie Brand of Arcanum.

Deb was preceded in death by her father-in-law and mother-in-law Frederick & Dula (Schoenlein) Brand.

She was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Osgood. Deb was employed at Winner's Grocery Store for 10 years. She retired after 22 years at Greenville Technology, Incorporated.

Deb enjoyed watching the flowers grow that her father and sister planted every year, shopping and taking long walks with her husband. But her favorite pastime was spending time with her husband, children, and especially her grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Osgood. Burial will follow in St. Martin Cemetery.

Friends may call on Friday, January 10, from 2:00 to 8:00 pm and on Saturday, from 9:00 to 9:45 am at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
