* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Karen Adams
Karen Adams, 76, of Saint Marys, died 10:35 P.M. Wednesday, December 4, 2019, at Hospice of Central Ohio, following a sudden illness.
She was born June 14, 1943, in Celina, Ohio, the daughter of Thomas and Joann (Mihm) Weaver. She married Robert W. Adams on August 31, 1963; he survives at the residence.
She is also survived by her children: Tim (Darlene) Adams of Columbus; Jennifer (Henry) Swanson of Saint Marys. She is survived by her grandchildren: Christopher Cline; Kyle Cline; Katherine Adams; Elizabeth Adams; Gabrielle Adams; Luke Adams; Mitchell Swanson; Cameron Swanson. She is survived by her great-grandchildren: Brenlyn, Olivia and Ivy.
She was preceded in death by her parents and by a brother, Karl Weaver.
Karen was a 1961 graduate of Celina High School. She attended beauty college and was a homemaker. She was an active volunteer in the community, donating her time and efforts to JTDMH Gift Shop; St. Marys City Schools HOST program; American Red Cross; Otterbein Saint Marys; and St. Paul's United Church of Christ, where she had served on the funeral dinner committee for many years, and also as a deacon. She enjoyed chatting to her friends online, and she liked to cook and make crafts.
Funeral rites will be held 10:30 A.M. Tuesday, December 10, 2019, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, the Reverend Rhonda Hanier, officiant. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4-8 P.M. Monday at the funeral home, where memorial gifts may be given to St. Paul's United Church of Christ.
