* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ronald Kuhn
Ronald E. Kuhn, age 66, passed away at his home in Celina.
He was born February 15, 1953, in Celina. Ron's father, George M. Kuhn, mother, Gladys M. (Harner) Kuhn Shauver, and his sister, Deborah K. (Kuhn) Rutschilling, preceded him in death.
Surviving are his brother & sister-in-law: Terry L. (Vickie) Kuhn of Spencerville, brother-in-law, Tim Rutschilling, of Celina, nieces: Jennifer Kuhn and Nikki (Daniel) Burnett, and great nieces: Cristin McGue, and Hannah, Sara, & Emily Burnett.
He attended Celina High School, and later obtained his GED. Ron was a woodworker, and worked in construction for RCS Construction in Celina. He previously was employed at New Idea Farm Equipment in Coldwater. Ron enjoyed hunting, fishing, and searching for arrowheads.
No Services are planned.
