* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Emerita Schroer Schulte
Dr. Emerita ("Skeets") Schroer Schulte, 95, died on October 29, 2019, at Ohio Living Dorothy Love in Sidney, Ohio.
She was born on June 23, 1924, the daughter of Henry and Rose Schlagheck Schroer. On June 7, 1947, she married Henry E. Schulte and they lived most of their married lives on the Schroer Family farm near Coldwater. Henry preceded her in death on February 27, 2007.
Dr. Schulte was a 1942 graduate of Coldwater High School. She earned a B.S.Ed. degree from Bowling Green State University, an M.Ed. from Miami University, and a Ph.D. from The Ohio State University. Her teaching career began in Mercer County and Coldwater schools.
Later, on the college level, she served as an instructor at Miami University and at Ohio State. In 1966, Dr. Schulte joined the faculty at Ball State University. She taught in the English Department where she advanced to the academic level of full professor and a member of the Graduate Faculty. Upon her retirement in 1987, she was awarded the title of Professor Emerita of English.
Dr. Schulte was a member of the Coldwater Kiwanis and a life member of the The Mercer County Retired Teachers Association, as well as the alumni associations of her alma maters.
Along with her parents and her husband, Dr. Schulte was preceded in death by her six siblings: Marcella (Ben) Eshman, Helene (Phil) Nass, Dr. William A. (Ellen) Schroer, John H. "Jack" (Biddy) Schroer, Rosemary (Ernest) Maddock, and Dr. George (Mildred, Peg), Schroer.
She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Dr. Schulte will be held at 10:30 am, November 8, 2019 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Coldwater, followed by burial in St. Elizabeth Cemetery.
There will be no viewing. Family and friends are invited to meet at the church one hour prior to the funeral Mass.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Henry and Rose Schroer Scholarship Fund at the The Coldwater Exempted Village School.
