* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rebecca Myers
Rebecca J. "Becky" Myers, age 67, of Fort Recovery, Ohio, died October 27, 2019 at her residence.
She was born October 10, 1952, in Coldwater, OH, to the late Louis and Lela (Bollenbacher) Myers.
Surviving are her children, Ronda Morningstar of Portland, IN, Angie (Kurt) Kline of Rockford, OH, and Eric Vore of Frankfort, IN; her siblings, Joyce (John) Reed of Fort Wayne, IN, Helen Kreider of Fort Recovery, Jereldene Fuller of Portland, IN, Judy (Ted) Muhlenkamp of Coldwater, Peg (Dan) Schoen of Celina, Deb Bonifas of Fort Recovery, and Kenny (Stephanie) Myers of Portland; 9 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Charlene Myers of Dixon, MO; and special friends, Ron Lee and Karla McDowell of Fort Recovery.
Preceding her in death are her siblings, Linda Betz and Ed Myers.
She was employed as a nursing assistant at the Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford, Ohio. She was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary Post 6515, Fort Recovery and she loved spending time with family and friends.
Calling is 5:00 pm-7:00 pm Thursday, October 31, 2019 at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery. Private graveside services will be held at Spring Hill Cemetery, Fort Recovery at a later date.
