* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Paula Howard
Paula Howard, age 74, formerly of Celina, passed away Saturday, October 26, 2019, at Wellspring Lutheran Services in Monroe, Michigan.
She was born December 8, 1944, in Portland, Indiana, to the late Morris E. & Audrey B. (Lasley) Crabtree.
Paula married Earl Edward "Colonel" Howard." He preceded her in death on March 14, 1975. She later married Kyle Hill, and he died October 3, 2000.
Surviving are 9 children: Eric & Rosetta Howard of Monroe, Kevin Howard, Gary Howard, Tammy Howard, and Regina Howard, all of Celina, Carol & Fred Smith of Newport Michigan, Michael & LuAnn Howard of LaSalle, Michigan, and Chris & Janey Hill and Kylene Hill, of Monroe; 35 Grandchildren, 54 Great Grandchildren, and brothers, Mark & Deb Crabtree of Wapakoneta and Duane Crabtree of Fort Recovery.
Preceding her in death were a grandchild and 2 great grandchildren.
Paula retired from Wellspring Lutheran Services, where she was employed for many years as a nurse's aide. She was a member of the Monroe Church of God.
Favorite pastimes for Paula were reading and cooking. She enjoyed traveling, especially to Florida, to see the palm trees. Most of all, Paula loved spending time with her family, especially at reunions.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 30, at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina, with Pastor Rick Brosher, officiating.
Burial will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling Hours are from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 29, at the funeral home.
