* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Tammy Homan
Tammy Ann Homan, age 53, of Celina, passed away Monday, October 14, 2019, at the Mercer County Home.
She was born August 14, 1966, in Coldwater, to the late Dene R. & Dolores A. (Quinter) Sturgis.
Tammy is survived by four brothers & sisters: Tim Sturgis of Pennville, IN, Tina (Robert) Swain of Celina, Tracy (Donald) Sawmiller of St. Marys, and John Sturgis of Celina.
Preceding her in death were two brothers: Tom Sturgis and Tony Sturgis.
A 1984 graduate of St. Henry High School, Tammy had worked at Cooper Farms in St. Henry. She attended the Lighthouse Fellowship Church in Celina. Tammy enjoyed adult coloring books. She loved dogs, and spending time with her nieces and nephews. Tammy was generous, loving, and had a big heart.
A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Monday, October 21, at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina, with Pastor Tony Richmond, officiating.
Calling Hours are from 5:00 p.m. until the time of services at 7:00 on Monday.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Animal Protection League of Mercer County.
