* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ralph "Bud" Miller
Ralph W. "Bud" Miller, age 78, of Mendon, passed away Monday, September 16, 2019, at Celina Manor.
He was born February 22, 1941, in Delphos, to the late John W. & Ruth (McAdow) Miller.
Ralph is survived by two daughters: Dawn Leugers of Celina, and Michelle Gould of the United Kingdom, five grandchildren: Ashley, Andrea, Mesa, Dakota and Dylan, and a sister & two brothers: Marilyn, Larry & Jerry Miller.
He was preceded in death by a brother & sister: Charles Miller and Jean Dotson.
After graduating from Mendon-Union High School, Ralph joined the U.S. Navy. He worked at Aeroquip in Van Wert, and retired from the Lima Army Tank Plant. Ralph was also a bus driver for Celina City Schools for 10 years. He was a life member of the NRA, and involved with the Mercer County Sportsmen's Assn. Ralph enjoyed shooting sports, hunting, and fishing.
Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 Noon, Thursday, September 19, at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina. Pastor Randy Christian will officiate.
There is an hour of visitation before services on Thursday, from 11:00 a.m. until Noon, at the funeral home in Celina.
