* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

William Smith
William J. "Billy Joe" Smith, age 71, of Fort Recovery, Ohio, died September 16, 2019 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater, OH.
He was born June 18, 1948, in Celina, OH, to the late Marion and Norma (Rohrer) Smith.
Surviving are his son, Andy (Angie) Smith of Jamestown, OH; a daughter, Amy Garringer of Mendon, OH; grandchildren, Cody, Lachelle, Kelsie & Emily; fiancée, Karen Bell of Fort Recovery and her two sons, Scott Bell of Mount Gilead, OH, and Jeff Kittle of St. Marys, OH; and two nephews, Terry (Mary) Stump of Portland, IN and Greg (Marti) Stump of Winchester, IN.
He is preceded in death by a sister, Mary Elaine Stump and a brother, Jeff Smith.
He was a U.S. Army veteran and served in the Vietnam War. He enjoyed auto racing and working on cars and motorcycles.
Funeral services will be 10:30 am Thursday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, with Steve Long officiating. Burial will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 4:00 pm-7:00 pm Wednesday and 9:30 am-10:30 am Thursday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home. Military graveside honors will be conducted by the Fort Recovery American Legion.
