Patrick E. Dugan, age 60, of Rockford, Ohio, passed away on September 11, 2019 at 1:20 am at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. He was born April 15, 1959 to the late Vincent and Doris (Mefferd) Dugan.
  Survivors include a son, Austin P. Dugan, Celina; a granddaughter, Amelia; two sisters, Cathy (Brad) Dugan, Arkansas, and Mary (Tom) Eischen, Celina; and two brothers, Tom (Becky) Dugan, Rockford, and John (Amy) Dugan, Rockford.
  Pat graduated from Parkway High School with the class of 1978. He worked at Crown Equipment Corp. in Celina.
  He was a member of St. Teresa Catholic Church in Rockford. He enjoyed being outdoors and riding his 4-wheeler.
  Memorial Services will begin at 5:00 pm, Monday, September 16, 2019 in Cisco Funeral Home, Celina with Pastor Rob Glenn officiating; where the family will receive friends for 10am-12 Noon and 3pm-5pm prior to the services at the funeral home.
  Memorials contributions may be made to American Cancer Society.
  Funeral services have been entrusted to Cisco Funeral Home, Celina & St. Marys.
