* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Tim Koesters

Tim Koesters, 67, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2019.

Born on January 24, 1952 in Celina, Ohio to the late Albert and Vivian (Tekamp) Koesters.

He managed and partially owned SKYTECH. Tim belonged to the St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church for 17 years, St. Vincent DePaul Society, and was an active member of the Carpenter Sons. Tim enjoyed carpenter work, volunteering with Carpenter Sons, and wood projects at home for his family. He especially enjoyed time with his grandchildren.

Tim is survived by his wife Karen Koesters who he married on June 30,1973; children, Scott (Tami) Koesters, Brian (Jodi) Koesters and Lynn (Matthew) Lundquist; grandchildren, Kyle, Faith, Joey, Dee Dee, Carson, AJ, Raelyn, Maylee, Layna, Rube, Reid, Brynn, and Seth; sister, Barbara (William) Hamberg; sister in-laws, Patricia Koesters, Cathy Hart, Pat Selhorst, Nancy Puthoff, Virginia (Doug) Seitz, and, Sue Puthoff; and, brother in-laws, Dave (Mary) Puthoff, Ken (Deborah) Puthoff, Jim (Cher) Puthoff, Don (Teresa) Puthoff, Greg (Jeniffer) Puthoff, Mike Puthoff, Ron (Joan) Puthoff, Randy (Ann) Puthoff, Kevin (Ann) Puthoff, and Jeff Puthoff.

Also proceeding him in passing are his brothers, Gerald and Daniel Koesters; father and mother in-law, Raymond and Agnes Puthoff; and brother in-laws, Frank Puthoff and Carl Hart.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on Monday, September 9, 2019 at the St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church on 1502 E. Wallen Rd Fort Wayne, Indiana 46825 with visitation one hour prior.

Visitation will also be held from 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at the D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Funeral home 1320 E. Dupont Road Fort Wayne, Indiana 46825 with a vigil service at 4:30 pm.

Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Vincent DePaul Society or Matthew 25.
