Motorcyclist injured

A motorcyclist was injured when his vehicle collided with a car on Monday morning in Franklin Township. The driver of a Toyota sedan northbound on State Route 219 was attempting to turn left onto Bruce Road and did not see a southbound motorcyclist on a 2005 Swift motorcycle, according Mercer County Sheriff's personnel at the scene. The motorcyclist reportedly tried to swerve his vehicle before it struck the car.
