* WHEN...Until 315 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 911 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in Wapakoneta, southwest of Kenton, and throughout Logan County. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wapakoneta, Kenton, Russells Point, Lakeview, Waynesfield, Belle Center, West Mansfield, Chippewa Park, Northwood, Roundhead, Mount Victory, Rushsylvania, Mcguffey, Huntsville, Ridgeway, Uniopolis, State Route 195 at State Route 235, Jumbo, Walton and New Hampshire.

Willie Marbaugh
Willie J. "Bill" Marbaugh, age 81, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Friday, Aug. 9, 2019 at the Gardens Nursing Home in Celina.
He was born on September 5, 1937 in Celina, Ohio, to the late Willie G. and Pauline (Bradford) Marbaugh. On Aug. 6, 1954 he married Doris Jean Snider, who survives living in Celina.
Also surviving is his son, Kent (Lisa) Marbaugh of Celina; 3 grandchildren, Kyle (Kristen) Marbaugh of Van Wert, Heather (Kevin) Bohman of Celina and Garrett Marbaugh of Winston Salem, N.C.; 4 great grandchildren, Elle, Carson, Ella and Eli; sister and brother-in-law, Elizabeth (Bill) Stranges of Columbus; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sons Timothy and Rick, his brother Alan Marbaugh and sister Janet Cornish. .
Bill graduated from Celina High School with the Class of 1955 and then became a banker for Citizens Commercial Bank and retired from First Financial Bank in Celina.
He was a member of the Celina First Church of God in Celina and a former member of the Celina Lions Club. Bill enjoyed camping and traveling in the motor home with his family and grandchildren. He was a Cinncinati Reds Fan and an avid card player.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2019 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Craig Flack officiating. Burial will be in North Grove Cemetery, in Celina, on September 16th at 10:00 a.m.
A visitation for Bill will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 and a hour before services on Wednesday at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home.
