* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Aleene Hart
Aleene M. Hart, age 97, passed away Saturday, July 6, 2019 at Briarwood Village, where she had been a resident for many years.
Aleene was born December 17, 1921 in Callaway County, Missouri to Joseph and Hollie (Zumwalt) Lynes.
On June 17, 1944 she married Wallace E. Hart at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois. She followed him to different states during his Air Force career. Wallace preceded her in death on February 28, 2003.
Aleene is survived by her son Jack (Karen), her grandchildren, Christine (John) Hornsby, Cary (Mandy) Hart and Cherie (Scott) Lehman, and her great grandchildren, Taylor Walters, Kaylee Godwin, Carly Hart, Paige Hart and Alex Lehman. She is also survived by her Brother Jim Lynes of Jefferson City, Missouri and a number of nieces and nephews.
Aleene was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Lurgie Buckner and sister-in-law Betty Lynes.
Aleene and "Wally" moved to Ohio in 1952, and she taught school at Washington Township, and 28 years in the Celina City School System, as a Special Education teacher. She earned her Masters Degree in Education from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and in 1988 was named Teacher of the Year.
Aleene was a member of the Coldwater United Methodist Church. She was also a member of the Retired Teachers, University Women's Club and Delta Kappa Gamma Society. She was very proud of being a member of Delta Kappa Gamma as you had to be invited to be a member of this Society.
Aleene was also known for her talent of baking and decorating cakes of all kinds and most especially for her homemade candies.
Funeral Services will be held 3 pm Thursday July 11, 2019 at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Friends may call from 1 pm until time of services on Thursday. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Coldwater.
Contributions may be made to the Coldwater United Methodist Church or the Briarwood Activity Fund.
