* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Celina Fire Department Lt. John Schumm carries straw to the front yard at 3311 Shore Drive on Wednesday afternoon. The straw caught fire, damaging the home and a fence. Officials suspect the fire was caused by arson.
