* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Douglas Miller
Douglas E. Miller, Sr., 59, of Mendon, OH died unexpectedly 8:30 p.m. Sunday June 23, 2019 at his residence.
He was born April 2, 1960 in Troy, OH to Charles and Patricia (Kiser) Miller.
Survivors include: mother Patricia Miller of Piqua, OH; daughter Kristina (Tom) Miller of Mendon, OH; daughter Wanda Miller of Wapakoneta, OH; son Douglas "Buster" Miller, Jr. of Mendon, OH; son David Carter of Columbia, KY; 4 grandchildren; sister Karen Wessel of Piqua, OH; sister Cheryl (Bill) Kiefer of Celina, OH.
Preceded in death by: father Charles Miller.
He was a graduate of Mendon-Union High School (Class of 1979). Prior to becoming disabled, he had worked as a truck driver and at Cooper Foods. His favorite pastimes included watching NASCAR and the Cleveland Browns.
Rites are scheduled to begin 4:00 p.m. Friday June 28, 2019 at the Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home 314 W. High Street in St. Marys. Pastor Jake Boroff will officiate the services.
Visitation 1-4 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
