Water rises again

Ohio Department of Transportation workers divert traffic so they can shut down U.S. 127 south of Celina on Wednesday because of high water. Flooding closed the section between state routes 219 and 274. Several other streets and roads including Celina's Lake Shore Drive were closed due to flooding.
