* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Patricia Dorsten-Dickey
Patricia A. Dorsten-Dickey, age 87, of Mendon, died on Monday, June 10, 2019 at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
She was born August 7, 1931 in Dayton to the late Eugene A. & Winifred T. (Trubee) Flohre. She first married Ernest U. Dorsten and he died in 1979, then in 1981 she married Clarence E. "Gene" Dickey and he survives in Mendon.
She is also survived by children, Connie Oen of Wapakoneta, Linda Baker of Vandalia, Sue Greber of Batavia, Steve & Sandra Dorsten and David & Cindy Dorsten all of Celina; 9 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; siblings and in-laws, Eugene & Betty Flohre Jr of Celina and Janet Fischbach of Sidney. She is also preceded in death by siblings and in-laws, Herman & Mary Bell Flohre and Merlin Fischbach.
She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Montezuma and the Christian Mothers Rosary Altar Sodality.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. Burial will follow in Our Lady of Guadalupe Cemetery. Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater is handling the arrangements.
Memorials may be made to Grand Lake Hospice or Our Lady of Guadalupe Church.
