* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

The wayside exhibits, which were dedicated Sunday, are a tour of St. Clair's Defeat, or the Battle of the Wabash, in 1791. St. Clair's Defeat is considered the most decisive defeat in the history of the American military and the largest victory ever won by Native Americans.
