* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Gary Fox Sr.
Gary J Fox Sr., age 87, passed away April 29, 2019 in Fairfield, Ohio.
He was born to the late Peter and Hazel Fox on February 21, 1932 in Mendon, Ohio.
He was employed by John R. Jurgensen after he graduated from Mendon High School. He then co-owned Mt. Pleasant Blacktopping in Fairfield, Ohio.
After retiring, he started a business with his son, Fox Services Inc. and continued to work there until recently. Gary was also a proud Kentucky Colonel.
He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Patty Fox; three children Gary J (Debby) Fox Jr., Sandy Fox, Kelly (Jane) Fox; ten grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren and sister Barbara Armstrong.
Gary was preceded in death by his parents; seven brothers and a sister.
A visitation will be held at Rose Hill Funeral Home (formerly Ivey) Hamilton, Ohio on Saturday, May 4, 2019 from 9 am-11 am with a memorial service to follow at 11 am.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or Joe Nuxhall Miracle League Fields.
