* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Water washes over Schunck Road as members from the Celina police and fire departments and Mercer County Sheriff's deputies work to rescue a stranded driver late Wednesday morning. The road had been closed due to the high water.
