Ohio Northern University Raabe College of Pharmacy student Allison Landis, left, and State Rep. Susan Manchester listen to Shannon Link as she gives a tour of Schwieterman Pharmacy in Coldwater. Manchester said it's been one of her goals to meet with local business owners and gain firsthand knowledge of the issues they face. One issue she discussed during her Schwieterman visit was pharmacy benefit-management companies, which owner Dale Bertke said had affected Schwieterman's bottom line.
