* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Barbara Scott
Barbara J. Scott, age 87 of Celina, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at the Laurels of Shane Hill in Rockford.
She was born on January 19, 1932 in Akron, Ohio to the late Willie C. and Hazel (Speer) Floyd. On December 22, 1950 she married George W. Scott, who died Nov. 13, 1993.
Survivors include her daughter Julia Scott, with whom she made her home in Celina and Roxanne (David) Hawk of Beaver Creek, two grandchildren Laura Hawk of Dayton, Elizabeth Kountz of Columbus and Elizabeth's former husband Brian Siebert of Cincinnati, three very special great grandchildren; Taylor Siebert of Long Beach, CA., Kamron Siebert of Cincinnati, Cayden McBride of New Carlisle and her sister-in-law Margaret Floyd of Ansonia.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband and her brother Willie Floyd.
She graduated in 1974 from Celina High School. Barbara retired as a nurse's Aide in 2015 from the Celina Manor Nursing Home. She was a member of the Grand Lake United Methodist Church-Montezuma.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Diane Mendelson officiating. Burial will follow in the Burge Cemetery in Montezuma.
Friends may call from 4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. on Monday, April 22, 2019 and an hour before services on Tuesday, at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home.
