* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Tri Star Career Compact Director Tim Buschur, left, leads State Rep. Susan Manchester, R-Waynesfield, on a tour of the Tri Star 2.0 facility on Monday morning. Construction, which began in August 2017, is 65 percent complete and on schedule to be ready for students from nine school districts at the beginning of next school year. The facility is located along State Route 703 across from Wright State University-Lake Campus.
