Joan Timmerman
Joan M. Timmerman, age 59, of Boise, Idaho and formerly of Fort Recovery, passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at Boise, Idaho.
She was born May 15, 1959, in Celina, OH, to Roscoe and Elsie (Bergman) Timmerman.
Her father is deceased; her mother survives in Fort Recovery.
Also surviving are her siblings, Dan (Wilma) Timmerman, Connie (Ken) Schoenherr, Jeff (Pam) Timmerman, all of Fort Recovery, and Bill (Julie) Timmerman, of Troy, OH; a special friend, Terri Sonoda, of Boise, Idaho and a number of nieces and nephews.
She was a graduate of Fort Recovery High School and Defiance College, Defiance, OH. During Joan's life she worked with mentally and physically handicapped people. She dedicated her life to the handicapped.
A Memorial Funeral Mass will be held 7:00 p.m. Friday, March 22, 2019 at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery, with Fr. Matthew Feist as celebrant. The family will receive friends in the church undercroft following the mass.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
