* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mitchell Brockman
Mitchell R. "Mitch" Brockman, age 65, of Portland, Indiana, died March 5, 2019 at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
He was born September 10, 1953, in Celina, to the late Cy and Betty Jean (Bergman) Brockman Sr.
He is survived by his siblings, Cy (Linda) Brockman Jr. of Fort Recovery, Vicky (Roger) Knapke of Coldwater, Mike Brockman of Fort Recovery, Jim (Pat) Brockman of Fort Recovery, Joe (Pat) Brockman of Portland and Brenda (Mark) Eichenauer of Fort Recovery; a special friend, Lori Collins of Fort Recovery; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mitch was a graduate of Fort Recovery High School and became a diesel mechanic throughout his life. He enjoyed watching National Hot Rod Association racing and woodworking.
A Celebration of Life Service will held Saturday, March 16, 2019 from 2-6 p.m. at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6515, Fort Recovery.
