* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Blaze destroys shed

Celina firefighters respond to a shed fire at 8911 Neptune-Mendon Road on Monday afternoon. The shed was fully engulfed upon firefighters' arrival and spread to the exterior of the nearby house. The shed was a total loss with the house and garage sustaining moderate damage, according to fire chief Doug Wolters. The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
