* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Judy Hardwick
Judy A. (McQueen) Hardwick, age 73 of Union, passed away on Monday, February 25, 2019.
Judy was a proud Mary Kay Consultant for about 25 years. She enjoyed going to the VFW in Union and all the friends made there. Judy liked to garden, travel and go boating at Lake Erie. She was a big sports fan and was very knowledgeable about her favorite teams, the Reds, Bengals and Ohio State Buckeyes.
Judy was a history buff, could quote any classic literature she had read and was always a wonderful host for parties and holidays. Everyone called her "Queen" growing up. Judy loved her beloved dog, Charlie, spending time with the grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and she will be missed.
She is survived by her daughter: Tina (Stephen) Krimm, step-son: Tony (Sue Schoch) Beam, grandchildren: Crystal (Jonathan) Bearss, Patricia (Joel) Bearss, Stacey (Zach) Werden, Brittney Beam, great-grandchildren: Sophie, Ellie, many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Gary Beam, parents: Kenneth and Marie (Speckman) McQueen, brother: Larry McQueen.
A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 3, 2019 at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd., Englewood).
The family will receive friends on Sunday, from 5:00 p.m. until the time of services at the funeral home. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family at Mercer Memory Gardens near Celina.
